The staff were cute, particularly Angel and Abigael, making my stay feel very special.
I experienced some inconsistency with the WiFi, slow during peak hours.

Loved staying at the neat and airy double room with a queen bed. The location was good and absolutely perfect and I could use free parking onsite.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable in a safe area, adjacent to many other areas of Tanzania, city centre for attractions and restaurants. Mchafukoge district was worth exploring. Booked a double room on the lower floors.

The service was great, no complaints. The room we had was new-fashioned and average sized with toiletries, a lovely shower and crisp fresh linen. Besides, the location was excellent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Feeling that I loved this nice looking hotel after staying for 1 night. The pool was lovely, particularly good breakfasts with egg station and also fresh fruit...

missingWrote a review on 02 Novcentral locationdrainage issuepoor air conditioning
The hotel had a central location, making it convenient for exploring.
My experience was marred by several issues. The water in the shower did not drain well, leading to an unpleasant experience each time I bathed. I noticed that the air conditioning in the lobby was ineffective, made waiting there uncomfortable. It was also disappointing to find that the restaurant offered outdated pastries, which hardly matched the freshness one expects when dining at a hotel.

The staff arranged a super affordable taxi for city exploration. The roadworks outside made it noisy.

I enjoyed the cute atmosphere. The staff were accommodating, especially when my train was delayed. They let me use the lobby until it was time to leave, a huge relief. The Queen Room was nice and comfortable, although the WiFi was slow, frustrating at times. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good variety of options. I felt appreciated by the restaurant manager, who frequently asked how I was enjoying my meals.

Really good service and delicious food!
I had a wonderful two-night stay, highlighted by the warm welcome from the staff, particularly Yohane and Siaz, who were genuinely eager to assist. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a fantastic selection, including unique Indian dishes that left me impressed. My visit was good, but I felt that the towels in the room could have been a bit larger for added comfort.

I really appreciated the spotless room and hot water was always available, making my stay super comfortable. Plus, the sauna and swimming pool were nice touches for unwinding after a long day. Only downside was the breakfast options could have been more varied, but overall, it was a delightful experience! 😊

The staff were accommodating. And the in-room breakfast was a good touch. Perfectly situated for exploring the historic area.
The WiFi connection could definitely use an upgrade. Sometimes it was annoyingly slow.
